INTERIOR DESIGN RENOVATION
The process of interior remodels, demolition, construction, and the complete renovation package, from project conception to presentation and execution. Various phases of the design and construction process are addressed before the commencement of the project. We take your visions and your current lifestyle through an interview process. Based on the interview's outcome and upon your approval and a signed agreement, we move forward to create character boards, or what some call vision boards, to give you glimpses of what we foresee as a possible outcome. Once you have approved what has been viewed and presented, we will draft what we feel suits your lifestyle.
EXTERIOR DESIGN RENOVATION
The exterior renovation, whether of a retail space or a residence, is the process of modernizing or enhancing the character of the building(s) through color, textures, décor, landscape design, and innovative lighting systems for both the structure and the landscape. This process does not apply to all projects; some might require further alterations. Once a formal meeting has been set up, and an agreement has been approved. We move forward in an in-depth study of what best suits the project through an assessment of design trends within the vicinity of the project and research of what is new and innovative in the realm of interior and exterior design.
INTERIOR MODERNIZATION & DECOR
Interior modernization through JHM Design Studio is the process of revamping an existing interior space through the selection and implementation of the following:
Colors.
Lighting systems.
Procuring furniture and accessories and removing outdated furniture pieces.
In essence, we are renovating without the need for demolition and construction.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - CLIENT’S REPRESENTATIVE
As Project and Operations Managers in the field of interior design, we come on board to represent the client's renovation process by overseeing the design implementation process from conception until execution. We guide in areas where the client might need additional design input and assistance allocating resources. The client is responsible for signing on directly with the contractors involved. Our job is to remove the burden of overseeing the parties involved in the interior design and interior construction process. We understand that this process can be overwhelming and time-consuming, but our experience, dedication, and attention to detail allow the client to focus on business priorities. Information and milestones are filtered through JHM Design Studio. We then present the client(s) with updates or reports of what has been achieved, what barriers we have encountered, how we have addressed them, or how the client should proceed to address them. Being the client's Agent allows the client to work closely with us without the stress and the hustle of attempting to work with multiple entities during this process.
